Mythological Symbolism in "Mr. Justice Harbottle"

In "Mr. Justice Harbottle" there were a ton of references to Greek Mythology and I thought it would be interesting to talk about their significance in class tomorrow. Many of them are very obvious, such as Rhadamanthus on page 11, the Temple of Themus on page 19 and Aesculapius on page 23, and some aren't so clear, such as an allusion to Aries, god of war, when Le Fanu talks about the strong metal forging men on page 21. Did anyone else see any other blatant mythological symbolism in the text? I thought it was interesting how a lot of it was spelled right out and then others were slipped in. Also, a lot of the mythology occured during and after the dream sequence. Is there something about dreams that provoke mythology, as if there is an "otherworldly" connection?
